Four dead after air strike hits a college in Libya

A Libyan parliamentarian says an air strike hit a medical technology college in a populated area of the eastern city of Derna, killing four people, including a woman and her son.
While it is not immediately clear who carried out the strike, unidentified attacks often target Islamic State militant targets.
Derna is controlled by an alliance of Islamic militant groups.
Hamid Albandag, a member of the internationally recognized parliament, says the early Monday air strike hit near a hospital.
It also damaged a mosque and homes nearby.
